Welcome to Mrs. Tipps' 8th grade ELA class!  

     Hello! I am Mrs. Morgan Tipps. This is my 12th year teaching, and 6th year at Liberty. In addition to teaching, I also coach the Liberty Middle School cheerleaders. I currently live in Estill Springs, TN with my husband and our three dogs 😊 I am so excited to have your child in class this year!
